What are my options if my order is delayed or lost?Updated 10 months ago

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, we will either offer to issue you a full credit for the order or provide you with a replacement parcel, subject to stock availability. If items that you're expecting are on back order, they cannot be re-shipped immediately. We will provide updates as the situation progresses.
