Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind; returns are eligible for store credit only, which never expires. Due to Australian Health & Hygiene regulations, all items must be returned unworn and in original condition to protect the health of our customers, many of whom are undergoing medical treatment or experiencing medical-related hair loss. Any worn or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
