Human Hair Items: If production on your order has already begun, there is a cancellation fee that covers the costs of time and material used for your item. This fee is represented by a percentage deduction from the refund. 

All other items: If you decide to cancel, refunds are processed within a stated timeframe. Should you wish to proceed with the cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible.
