Why did my order arrive in separate packages?Updated 15 days ago

Your order may arrive in separate packages because items can be shipped from different locations depending on the product.

This is a normal part of how we fulfil orders and does not mean anything is missing.


Why orders are split

At Milk & Honey Wigs, we operate from:

  • Our Sydney showroom
  • Our Milk & Honey International Warehouse

If your order includes items from different locations, they will be shipped separately.


Common reasons for split shipments

1. Different dispatch locations
Some items are stocked in Sydney, while others are shipped from our international warehouse.


2. Mixed order types
If your order includes:

  • A ready-to-ship item
  • A made-to-order wig

They will be sent at different times.


3. Production vs in-stock items
Made-to-order wigs require production time, while in-stock items are dispatched sooner.


What to expect

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • Packages may arrive on different days
  • Each item will follow its own dispatch timeline

Important things to understand

  • This is completely normal and part of our fulfilment process
  • It allows us to ship available items faster instead of holding your entire order
  • Your remaining items are still on the way if not yet delivered

What you should do

  • Check your emails for multiple tracking links
  • Review each item in your order
  • Allow time for all packages to arrive

When to contact us

If:

  • You have not received tracking for part of your order
  • Your order is significantly outside the expected timeframe

You can contact us and we will assist you.


Important

Orders shipped from multiple locations or with different production timelines will arrive separately. This does not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
