What should I bring?Updated 15 days ago
You don’t need to bring much to your appointment, but a few simple things can help you get the most out of your consultation.
Recommended things to bring
To make your consultation as effective as possible, we suggest bringing:
Photos for reference
- Styles, colours, or looks you like
- Photos of your natural hair (current or past)
This helps us understand your preferences clearly.
Makeup (optional)
- If you usually wear makeup, coming as you normally would helps you see how the wig will look day-to-day
A hair tie or clip
- Useful for securing your natural hair when trying on wigs
If you are experiencing hair loss
If your consultation is related to hair loss, you may also want to consider:
- Bringing a head covering you currently use (if applicable)
- Being ready to discuss your comfort level and preferences
This helps us guide you toward the most suitable options.
What you don’t need to bring
You do not need to bring:
- Styling tools
- Wig products
- Anything technical
Everything you need for the consultation will be provided.
What matters most
The most important thing to bring is:
- A general idea of what you’re looking for
- An open mind to guidance and recommendations
Our role is to help you refine your options and find what suits you best.
Our recommendation
If you are unsure, even bringing one or two reference photos is enough to start.
We will guide you through the rest during your appointment.
Important
Consultations are designed to provide personalised guidance. Bringing references can help improve your experience, but is not required.
