At Milk & Honey Wigs, we offer returns in limited circumstances, provided strict eligibility conditions are met.
Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, all returns must comply fully with the policy outlined below.
Return eligibility
You may be eligible to return your item if it meets all of the following conditions:
- The wig is completely unused and unworn
- The lace is fully intact and uncut
- The item is in original condition and packaging
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
What is not eligible for return
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or used wigs
- Lace that has been cut, altered, or customised
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Products that are not in original condition
Due to hygiene standards, any item that has been worn or altered cannot be resold and will be refused.
How to lodge a return
All returns must be submitted through your Milk & Honey customer account.
To start your return:

- Submit a return request
- Follow the automated return instructions
Returns are processed through our system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What happens after your return is received
Once your return is delivered:

Items that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.
