Synthetic wigs (ready to ship)
If you ordered a synthetic wig, your order will typically move quickly through the process.
What happens:
- Your order is confirmed
- The item is picked and packed from our Sydney facility
- It is dispatched within a short timeframe
- You receive tracking once shipped
What to expect:
- Fast processing
- Minimal waiting time
- Delivery within standard shipping timeframes after dispatch
Synthetic wigs are pre-made, which is why they can be shipped quickly.
Human hair wigs (made to order)
If you ordered a human hair wig, your piece will go through a production process before it is shipped.
What happens:
- Your order is confirmed
- Your wig is allocated to our production team
- Materials are prepared and construction begins
- The wig is coloured, styled, and finished
- A final quality check is completed
- Your order is then dispatched
What to expect:
- Production time of approximately 4–8 weeks
- No immediate dispatch
- Tracking provided once completed and shipped
Each piece is created specifically for your order, which is why this process takes time.
