Whether your order has been shipped depends on the type of item you purchased.

We offer both ready-to-ship products and made-to-order wigs, and each follows a different timeline.


Ready-to-ship items

If you ordered a ready-to-ship item, your order is typically:

  • Processed shortly after purchase
  • Packed and dispatched from our Sydney facility
  • Shipped within a short timeframe

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Made-to-order wigs (human hair)

If you ordered a human hair wig, your item is not shipped immediately.

Instead, it goes through a production process first.

  • Production time: approximately 4–8 weeks
  • Shipping occurs once your wig is completed

During this time, your order will not show as shipped, as it is still being made.


How to check if your order has shipped

You can confirm your order status by:

  • Checking your email for a shipping confirmation and tracking number
  • Logging into your account (if applicable)
  • Reviewing the product page for estimated timelines

If you have not received tracking yet, your order is likely still in processing or production.


Common misunderstanding

Many customers expect shipping within a few days of ordering.

However:

  • Made-to-order wigs require production time first
  • Shipping only begins once your wig is completed

What you should do

  • Check the product type you ordered (ready-to-ship vs made-to-order)
  • Refer to your estimated timeframe
  • Wait for your shipping confirmation email

When to contact us

If your order is significantly outside the expected timeframe, you are welcome to contact us and we will look into it for you.


Important

Shipping only occurs once your order is ready. Production time is separate from shipping time. Orders that are still within the stated timeframe are considered in progress.
