No, we do not offer rush production on made-to-order wigs.

All of our human hair wigs follow a structured production process to ensure quality, consistency, and a natural finish. This process cannot be rushed without compromising the final result.

Why we don’t rush orders

Our wigs, particularly human hair pieces, are carefully created through multiple stages, including:

• Construction of the wig
• Colouring and toning
• Cutting and styling
• Final quality checks

Each step requires time and precision. Rushing this process can lead to:

• Inconsistent colour results
• Poor construction
• A less natural finish

For this reason, we prioritise quality over speed.

What about urgent orders?

If you need a wig quickly, we recommend choosing a ready-to-ship style.

These are:

• Already in stock
• Dispatched quickly from our Sydney facility
• The best option for time-sensitive situations

Important things to understand

• Made-to-order wigs follow a standard production timeframe (typically 4–8 weeks)
• This timeframe applies to all customers to ensure fairness and consistency
• We do not offer priority production or queue jumping

We understand that timing can be important, especially for events or personal circumstances.

However, wigs of this quality are not instant products. The time taken is what allows the final piece to look natural, feel premium, and meet our standard.
