No, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item is deemed faulty or incorrect in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Why we don’t offer refunds

Wigs are considered a hygiene-sensitive product, and many of our items are also:

  • Made to order
  • Customised or prepared specifically for your order
  • Not able to be resold once handled or altered

For these reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Personal preference

What we do offer

In eligible cases, we may offer store credit where:

  • The item is unused
  • Lace is uncut (if applicable)
  • The wig is returned in original condition

All return requests are assessed in line with our return policy.


Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a remedy if your item:

  • Arrives faulty
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
