Can I return my wig if I don’t like it?Updated 14 days ago
We understand that choosing a wig is a personal decision. If your item is not quite right, we do offer returns in limited circumstances, provided strict conditions are met.
Return eligibility
You may request a return if your item meets all of the following conditions:
- The wig is completely unused and unworn
- The lace is fully intact and uncut
- The item is in original condition and packaging
- The return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order
Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
What cannot be returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Wigs that have been worn
- Lace that has been cut or altered
- Items that show signs of use
- Returns requested outside the 14-day window
Due to hygiene standards, worn items cannot be resold and will be refused.

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
