Can I exchange my wig?Updated 14 days ago

We do not offer direct exchanges.

However, you may request a return for eligible items and receive store credit, which can then be used to place a new order.


How exchanges work

Instead of a traditional exchange process:

  • You return your original item (if eligible)
  • Once approved, you receive store credit
  • You can then place a new order for your preferred item

This ensures availability and avoids delays, as stock and styles can change.


Return eligibility for exchanges

To qualify for a return and store credit, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Completely unused and unworn
  • Lace is fully intact and uncut
  • Returned in original condition and packaging
  • Return requested within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


What cannot be exchanged

We are unable to offer exchanges or returns for:

  • Worn wigs
  • Lace that has been cut or altered
  • Items returned outside the 14-day timeframe

Due to hygiene standards, these items cannot be resold.


How to request a return

All returns must be submitted through your Milk & Honey customer account.

  • Log into your account
  • Lodge a return request
  • Follow the automated return instructions

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Important things to understand

  • Exchanges are not processed automatically
  • A new order must be placed using your store credit
  • Availability of styles may change, so we recommend acting promptly once credit is issued
