Some of our wigs can be customised, particularly our human hair wigs, which are made to order.

However, the level of customisation depends on the specific product and collection.

What can be customised

For eligible wigs, customisation may include:

• Colour and tone
• Length
• Density
• Overall finish and styling

These elements are prepared during production to create a more refined and natural result.

What cannot be customised

Not all wigs are customisable.

• Synthetic wigs are pre-made and cannot be altered before dispatch
• Ready-to-ship items are sold as listed
• We do not offer full bespoke design or major structural changes

Customisation is limited to what is available within each product offering.

How customisation works

For human hair wigs:

• Your wig is created after your order is placed
• Specifications are followed during production
• The wig is completed, styled, and quality checked before dispatch

This process typically takes 4–8 weeks.
