Can I choose exact colour?Updated 14 days ago

You can choose your preferred colour option, but it is important to understand that exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Our wigs are designed using multi-tonal colour blends, which means each piece may have slight natural variation.

How colour selection works

When you select a colour:

  • You are choosing a shade and tone range
  • The wig will be created to match that overall colour profile
  • Subtle variation may occur between pieces

This is intentional and designed to mimic how natural hair looks.

Why exact colour matching isn’t possible

Hair is not a flat, uniform material.

Each wig may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting differences (studio vs natural light)
  • Screen settings (phone, laptop, brightness)
  • Multi-dimensional colouring techniques
  • Production batch variation

These factors mean no two wigs will ever look 100% identical.

What most customers don’t realise

Even in professional photos:

  • Lighting is carefully controlled
  • Styling enhances tone and dimension
  • Colours may appear slightly different than in real life

This is normal across the entire hair industry.

What you can expect instead

You can expect:

  • A colour that falls within the selected shade range
  • Natural dimension and tone variation
  • A result designed to look realistic, not flat or artificial

Our recommendation

If colour is very important to you:

  • Choose a shade close to your natural hair
  • Opt for dimensional tones rather than flat colours
  • Contact us before ordering for guidance

We can help you select the most suitable option.

Setting realistic expectations

  • Colour may vary slightly from photos
  • Exact replicas are not possible
  • Lighting and styling will affect how the colour appears

Important

Colour variation is not considered a fault. We recommend reviewing all product details and reaching out before purchasing if you are unsure, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
