In most cases, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed, especially if production has already begun.
Because many of our wigs are made to order or processed quickly, changes are not always possible.
Why changes aren’t always possible
At Milk & Honey Wigs, many of our pieces, particularly human hair wigs, begin processing shortly after your order is confirmed.
This may include:
- Allocating materials
- Beginning construction
- Preparing colour or custom elements
Once this process has started, changes can affect production and are often no longer feasible.
When changes may be possible
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to assist with minor changes such as:
- Updating your shipping address
- Adjusting small order details
However, this is not guaranteed and depends on how quickly the order has been processed.
Timing is critical
If you need to request a change, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
The sooner you reach out, the higher the chance we can assist before processing begins.
