In most cases, custom orders cannot be changed once they have been placed, especially if production has already begun.
Because custom wigs are made to order, changes are not always possible.
Why custom orders can’t be changed
Custom wigs are:
- Created specifically for your order
- Produced based on your selected specifications
- Put into production shortly after purchase
Once production begins, materials are allocated and the wig is already being constructed, which means changes cannot be made.
When changes may be possible
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to assist with minor updates.
However:
- This is not guaranteed
- Processing begins quickly
- Timing is critical
If you need to request a change, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.
What cannot be changed
Once production has started, the following cannot be altered:
- Colour selection
- Length or density
- Style or construction
At this stage, your wig is already being created to your original specifications.
Important things to understand
- Custom wigs are not pre-made or held in stock
- Production begins quickly to meet timelines
- Changes are not possible once your order is in progress
This ensures all orders are completed efficiently and to the correct standard.
