In most cases, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, particularly if production has already begun.

Because many of our wigs are made to order or processed quickly, cancellations are not always possible.

Why cancellations aren’t possible after processing begins

At Milk & Honey Wigs, many of our wigs, especially human hair pieces, begin production shortly after your order is confirmed.

This may include:

• Allocating materials specifically for your order
• Beginning construction of the wig
• Preparing colour, density, and custom elements

Once this process has started, your wig is already being created, which means the order cannot be cancelled.

Can I cancel immediately after ordering?

If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to assist with a cancellation request.

However:

• This is not guaranteed
• Orders are processed quickly
• Timing is critical

If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
