Because custom wigs are made to order and created specifically for your purchase, they are considered final sale once production has begun.
Why custom wigs are non-refundable
Custom wigs are:

- Produced based on selected specifications (colour, length, density)
- Not pre-made or held in stock
Once production starts, the wig is already being created for you and cannot be resold to another customer.

- Custom wigs cannot be refunded for change of mind
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
